A fast-curing structural silicone sealant for use in structural and weatherseal applications.

A one-part, cold-applied, non-sagging silicone material that cures to a medium modulus silicone rubber upon exposure to atmospheric moisture.

A one-part, neutral curing silicone sealant designed specifically for the structural bonding of glass, metal and other building components. It can also be used for adhering stiffening elements to building panels.

A two-component, neutral curing silicone formulation specifically developed for the structural bonding of glass, metal and other building components.

A fast curing, two-component, neutral silicone formulation specifically developed for automated window bonding applications where a fast and durable bond between glass and window frame is required.

Primer for silicone adhesives and sealants.

A liquid used to clean (solvent purge) meter/mix and dispensing equipment for two-component silicone sealant used in insulating or structural glazing applications. The product does not contain halogenated solvent and has been specifically developed to digest cured silicone sealant present in equipment hoses and mixers.

Non-reactive cleaner for 2-Part dispensing equipment.

A one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant intended for structural bonding of glass, metal and other materials. It is a medium-modulus structural sealant with excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials. The product has been tested and passed ASTM C1184 Structural Sealant Specification and it has ±50% movement capability in accordance with the ASTM C719 test.

A two-part silicone formulation. As supplied, the base is a smooth, white paste and the curing agent is a black paste. Once catalyzed, the material cures to a high-modulus, flexible silicone rubber that is suitable for use in structural and weatherseal applications. It features excellent adhesion to most common construction materials, a physical property profile that is more than sufficient for structural adhesive and weatherseal applications, a non-corrosive by-product, and excellent weatherability, durability and recovery after repeated extension and compression up to 25%. It is compatible with reflective glass, laminated glass and most insulating glass. It can be used in deep narrow joints to obtain a full and complete cure.(Product manufactured in S.Korea)

Designed for specialized use where dual structural and weatherseal applications are desired for factory glazing and curtainwall production. Once cured, this structural sealant forms a durable, flexible, watertight bond that can be warranted for 20 years and used in ±25% movement weatherseal applications. It has excellent unprimed adhesion to glass, alodine, and anodized aluminum1, although DOWSIL™ Primer-C OS is recommended for fast and consistent adhesion, especially to high-performance substrates approved for architectural structural glazing applications.

A one-component, self-priming, shelf-stable, neutral-cure, elastomeric adhesive specifically formulated for silicone structural glazing and exhibits excellent unprimed adhesion to most building substrates. This product has superior unprimed adhesion for structural glazing applications for hurricane or impact rated windows and doors. It has a movement capability of +/- 50%.

A specially formulated solvent blend designed to clean a large range of substrates used in bonding applications such as structural glazing, insulating glass systems, windows & doors and other applications.

An air drying primer supplied as a dilute solution of moisture reactive materials in volatile siloxane and is used to improve both the quality and speed of adhesion development to room temperature vulcanizing silicone sealants to a variety of common non-porous substrates.

A pre-formed, ultra-low modulus silicone extrusion that is bonded to substrates using DOWSIL™ 791 Silicone Perimeter Sealant or DOWSIL™ 795 Silicone Building Sealant. This product can be used in both new and remedial construction applications.

This two-part, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone foam has exceptional fire-resistant properties, coupled with excellent movement accommodation, offering a reliable safety option. It has been specifically developed to withstand high temperatures and to confine such hazards as smoke, flames and gases. It can also be used to seal buildings against damaging contaminants.

A one-component silicone sealant tested in accordance with CAN/ULC S115, for use in firestop systems described in the Products Certified for Canada Directory. Suitable for new construction or remedial applications, provides excellent performance and features excellent unprimed adhesion to masonry and concrete substrates. The non-sag sealant provides easy application over a wide temperature range, enabling use in cold-weather applications without heating or mixing.

Sealant for Photocatalytic Clean Glass is a neutral-cure, one-component, Si-hybrid based, low modulus, architectural grade sealant designed for weathersealing of most photocatalytic and hydrophilic clean glass surfaces where high movement is anticipated and high weather resistance is required to withstand increased temperature and UV radiation. It is ideal for expansion, connection, perimeter and other movement joints.

A one-component polyisobutylene primary sealant which is solvent free and non-reactive. A solid compound, it is applied using conventional heated butylizers and exhibits good physical adhesion to glass and various warm edge and standard spacer systems.

A color matched primary butyl sealant for insulating glass in commercial and residential applications for a homogeneous color and aesthetics at the glass edge with increased temperature resistance. A one-component Polyisobutylene primary sealant, it is a solid compound which is solvent free and non-reactive. Temperature applied with conventional heated butylizers, it has good physical adhesion to glass and various warm edge and standard spacers, is compatible with Dow façade silicones and meets the requirements according to EN 1279 in an IG system.

A two component room temperature neutral curing silicone sealant specifically developed for the manufacture of high performance insulated glass units. It is suitable for insulating glass units used in residential and commercial, and structural glazing applications.

A high strength secondary two-part silicone sealant specifically designed for high strength applications, where conventional sealants with lower strength would lead to increased joint sizes. It enables economical joint sizes in highly demanding insulating glass applications such as: high wind in tall buildings, hurricane loads, cold-bent glass or high impact loads such as bomb blast. Smaller joint dimensions can be filled faster and therefore lead to productivity enhancements.

A high performance, moisture curing, one-part neutral sealant, specifically designed for the insulating glazing industry for the production of hermetically sealed units.

A single-component silicone elastomer intended for use as a secondary sealant in a dual-sealed insulating glass unit, and can be used in a unit that is structurally glazed. This product cures in the presence of atmospheric moisture to produce a durable, high-modulus, flexible silicone seal that is chemically stable and shows little change in physical properties with weathering.

A two component room temperature neutral curing silicone sealant specifically developed for the manufacture of high performance insulated glass units. The high performance features of this product make it suitable for insulating glass units used in residential and commercial, and structural glazing applications.

Non-reactive cleaner for 2-Part dispensing equipment.

A two-part silicone formulation. As supplied, the base is a smooth, white paste. The curing agent is available in black or gray and is a pourable liquid. Once catalyzed, the material cures to a high modulus, silicone rubber that is intended for IG applications, including IG units for heat mirror applications and IG units which will be structurally glazed.

A two-part silicone sealant designed for use as a secondary sealant in a dual-sealed insulating glass unit, as well as in an insulating glass unit that will be structurally glazed. The product cures to a durable, high-modulus, flexible silicone seal that is chemically stable and creates a weathertight bond. It has excellent unprimed adhesion to glass and metal substrates, such as galvanized steel and aluminum.

Silicone spacers from Dow provide high clarity and flexibility for the assembly of insulating glass, glass doors or other glass panels.

Easy to handle and mix on-site, DOWSIL™ 375 Construction & Glass Embedding has excellent flowability for efficient application and rapid strength build-up which helps enhance safety.  A durable and warrantied system, balustrade assemblies made with DOWSIL™ 375 Construction & Glass Embedding have passed pendulum tests according to DIN 18008-4 at an independent test institute.
